ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the continental United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Tantos, and their immediate families or members of the same household, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The giveaway begins on 8/29/25 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on 10/31/25. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways to enter:
- Proof of Purchase Entry:
Purchase any Tantos product from a participating retail location. Upload a photo of your receipt showing your qualifying purchase to https://www.eattantos.com/pages/giveaway-landing-page. - No Purchase Necessary Entry:
Visit a participating retail location and take a photo of Tantos chips on the shelf. Post that photo to your Instagram or Facebook Story tagging @eattantos and upload a screenshot of that Story as your entry at https://www.eattantos.com/pages/giveaway-landing-page.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Two (2) round-trip Basic Economy airfare tickets within the continental U.S.
- Two (2) night stay at a 3-star hotel (standard room, double occupancy)
- A private pasta party hosted by Chef Joe Sasto at a location determined by Sponsor
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500. Travel must be booked within 12 months of winner notification. Specific dates subject to availability and blackout periods.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around 11/1/25. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message within 5 business days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. WINNER MUST BE FOLLOWING @EATTANTOS.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
PRIVACY:
Any personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By submitting your photo, you grant Tantos and its affiliates the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and share your image and likeness in perpetuity for commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media platforms.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Indemnification: By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Tantos, Sasto Snacks LLC, Joseph Sasto, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Background Check: Winner(s) may be subject to a Tier 1 background check prior to receiving any prize. Failure to pass such background check to the satisfaction of [Sasto Snacks LLC], in its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
- Prize Substitution: [Sasto Snack LLC] reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to substitute the stated prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
- Prize Fulfillment Timing: Delivery, fulfillment, or scheduling of any prize shall occur at a mutually agreed upon time between Sasto Snacks and the winner.
